Holiday house "Ivanec"

This cozy house is located between the vineyards and has a beautiful view on the village. On the ground floor is a hall with a workplace, wardrobe and shoe rack. On the first floor you will find the kitchen with dishwasher and fridge with freezer, the bathroom with shower, toilet, sink and washing machine and the living room with an original, typical Slovenian wood stove and a balcony. There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor. The large room has a double bed and a baby cot. The small room has a single bed and a queen size bed (1.20 m). There is also a stair gate and all sockets are equipped with child safety caps. In the living room and in the hall above, between the two bedrooms, there is an air conditioning. Attached to the house is also a garage with a kitchen and sufficient garden furniture for you to use. For the little ones there is a sandbox, a bicycle and a seesaw and other small toys can be found in the cupboard in the living room. There is also a BBQ available. Both the outside and through the hall on the middle floor you can go to the garden behind the house where you can always sit in the shade when you want to get out of the sun. You can also dry your laundry here on the clothesline. The house is extensively equipped with everything you need for a carefree holiday. Towels, bed linen, washing powder, hand soap and washing up liquid are provided and included in the price.
