Holiday house Lipa is the largest of two available houses on the beautiful grounds of "Gradenc Estate". It has a spacious living room with a fireplace and a large television. The sofa in the living room is also a sofa bed for 2 people. The open kitchen has a dishwasher, a 4 burner stove and an oven. From the kitchen there is a door to the terrace and the garden. Also on the ground floor: a small hall with fridge / freezer and access to the spacious bathroom with shower and toilet. On the top floor there is a very spacious bedroom with two double beds and a small bedroom with a double bed. In the hall is a sofa bed for 1 to 2 people.

Holiday house Vrba is a somewhat smaller house and has a spacious living room with a fireplace and television. Here too is an open-plan kitchen with a dishwasher, oven and 4 burner hob. The bathroom with shower and toilet is also on the ground floor. On the top floor there is one large room that can accommodate 5 people. The sofa in the living room downstairs can be folded out as a double bed. Both houses have Wi-Fi.
